Ogle Construction Company is guided by an internal framework of processes developed in house on project management, site management, financial management and quality control of all project work. Besides having technical professionals necessary to carryout technical assignments, the company is supervised by an internal specialized project quality management team. Some of the tasks involved in the project management and quality control procedures are:
- Accounts and time allocation recording and auditing;
- Project implementation scheduling with tasks, budgets, time allocation and deadlines;
- Procurement systems to ensure the most suitably approved materials are used on the works;
- Establishment of liaison contact between the client and the contractor as necessary;
- Establishment of a project steering committee, for consultation and discussion of project progress, achievement, problems etc.;
- Ensuring approvals are sought on time, to ensure delays are minimized
- Review and adherence to the contract documents especially Program of Works and Specifications.
